Autologous growth factors also known as PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) mesotherapy is a new and very promising anti-aging method. By using our body’s own cells we can achieve regeneration and gradual improvement of our skin’s appearance. The skin becomes firmer, radiant, more youthful and with better overall structure.
What is PRP?
PRP or Platelet Rich Plasma is a concentrated platelet solution in a very small sample of blood plasma. Platelets are a known source of growth factors, which are substances that promote cell regeneration and tissue restoration.
PRP preparation
This is a relatively simple procedure. Firstly, a small blood sample is taken from the patient. The sample is placed in a centrifuge for about 10 minutes which separates the PRP from the rest of the blood components. After that, the PRP is ready to use.

Are there any side effects?
Autologous Platelet Rich Plasma is considered to be extremely safe and well tolerated. There is no risk of any allergic reaction or intolerance since we are using an ingredient of our own body. Depending on the applying method, minimal bruising, redness and swelling for 1-2 days may occur. When combined with Fractional Laser, PRP considerably reduces the downtime period.
